Texas REALTORS is a real estate association serving about 150,000 realtors in the state of Texas.
As the association began to adjust to a post-pandemic way of working, they realized they needed to find new ways to manage hybrid teams and build a cohesive culture. Senior program manager Shiloh Modisett found Extended Campus.

Finding the Right Training
"We sought the opportunity to build a custom program that really met our needs."
Chris Aarons, an assistant professor in the McCombs School of Business, created a custom program consisting of two trainings for Texas REALTORS.

Understanding the Benefits
Chris is passionate about the benefits of training employees and used his knowledge as a consultant to drill down into what Texas REALTORS really needed to provide their teams.
"Training up-levels your people to do more, better, faster, greater. And you build that culture to do it again and again."

Future Plans
The trainings were so successful, they’re looking forward to tapping Extended Campus Custom Training and Chris Aarons to create more.
