Meet Jessica Hughes Wagner
Deputy Director Jessica Hughes Wagner shares her passion for enhancing public health through communication strategies at UT's Center for Health Communication.
The College of Education is collaborating with local school districts to meet the State of Texas's teacher shortage with a new teacher residency program. Participants in the Longhorns in Residence program attend UT Austin courses while spending an entire school year in the classroom gaining hands-on teaching experience alongside a teacher mentor.
Program spots are limited and vary based on availability within school districts. Applications open in February. Learn more in an upcoming information session or explore the program on the website.
