Amy Henry
Amy Henry is the CEO and Co-Founder of Eunike Ventures and owner of Henry CPA Group LLC, a local CPA firm serving small businesses. Eunike Ventures is a hybrid accelerator that connects selected startups with a formal alliance of experienced operators who help field-test emerging technologies. Eunike provides hands-on support throughout the process, sharing expertise and facilitating access to a broad network of subject matter experts, advisors, and investors.
Amy brings more than 23 years of international experience in the energy industry, with a focus on commercial strategy, finance, and new business development. Her career spans North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia, with a portfolio that includes both conventional and unconventional upstream exploration and production, as well as integrated gas and LNG projects.
She has held leadership roles at organizations such as PETRONAS, Royal Dutch Shell (across multiple divisions including Shell Gas & Power, Shell Upstream International, and Shell E&P Technology & Research), Ernst & Young LLP, and Arthur Andersen. At PETRONAS, Amy was brought in under a two-year contract following a $5 billion acquisition of an unconventional asset in Canada. She served as CFO before transitioning to international portfolio management, where she led commercial strategy and capability development initiatives.
In her role at Shell, Amy worked in Integrated Portfolio Management, overseeing commercial activities across the Americas and West Africa. Her asset management responsibilities included strategy development, portfolio review, governance redesign, and commercial evaluations. She also served as a business advisor for the Value Programme Office in Upstream Malaysia.
Amy’s consulting work includes leading tax performance advisory practices focused on improving business processes, governance frameworks, and systems in collaboration with executive leadership. Her market development efforts have centered on the North American energy sector.
She has also played a key role in commercializing proprietary technologies, including a high-profile project that marked the largest application of its kind across multiple governance structures and value chain segments. As Deputy CFO, she was responsible for ensuring sound financial controls and full compliance with statutory, fiscal, and legal requirements. She also co-led group investment proposals and worked closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal teams. Amy was a co-owner of Risk, Policy & Guidelines (RPG) and Strategic Cost Leadership (SCL) initiatives.
