Heart Galleries of Texas Training: TXPOP Post-Permanency Workshop

The Texas Permanency Outcomes Practice Model (TXPOP) provides a foundation that helps child welfare agencies achieve positive and stable living arrangements for children and their families.

This workshop is designed to empower social workers who support families post-adoption and post-permanency. In addition to learning about TXPOP tools and how to use them, attendees will be able to demonstrate an understanding of how the model applies to post-permanency work and how it can help youth with decision making and planning.
